The black metal of the fans is called Shakudo, Japanese alloy of copper and gold.
It's patinaed by the technique called Iroage, Japanese patination.
The fan design comes from Japanese bush clover leaves.
Fine silver inlay and gold Keum Boo are used here.
The stones are citrines. 
The wires are made of hypoallergic titanium.
These earrings are made as limited edition.
