The design represents the white Ume (Japanese apricot) blossoms on the Japanese fan.
The blossoms are fine silver foil fixed on the sterling silver fan by the technique called Keum Boo.
The body is textured and oxidized. Then I partly wiped out the patina to express the gradation on the fans.
5mm round white topaz are featured.
The wires are made of hypoallergic titanium.
These earrings are made as limited edition.
