These earrings are made of cast components.
The metal is sterling silver.
It's plated with gold(23K+24K).
Usually "gold plated " means 18K or 14K. But these earrings are plated with higher karat gold.
And the plate is very thick ( so called 1.5μ).
Usually "thick plating" is 0.2μ. Flash plating is 0.03μ. You know how much thick the plating is.
